2021/2022 VOYAGES TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. General
The transportation of guests and baggage onboard the vessels owned or exclusively chartered by World Wide Cruises, Inc. is governed by these Terms and Conditions and the Passage Ticket Contract which will be sent to you approximately four (4) weeks prior to your vacation and is available upon request. Your payment of deposit or full fare constitutes agreement to the terms and conditions of the Passage Ticket Contract, whose provisions shall prevail, which includes limitations and exonerations of the liabilities and obligations of Carrier. You should read and understand these terms and conditions carefully before making a deposit.
2. Definitions
The terms “you” and “Guests” refer to any and all person(s) named on the front of the Confirmation and include all children or others under the care or control of the named person(s). The term “Carrier” includes World Wide Cruises, Inc. The term “Fare” includes voyage fare as well as all hotel, land package(s), and shore excursions purchased from Carrier.
3. Fares are per guest, are based on double occupancy, and do not include air transportation. Fares for Standard Single, Deluxe Single Categories are based on single occupancy. Port charges are included in the fare. All fares, hotels, itineraries, themes, entertainment, shore excursions and other voyage attributes are subject to change without notice and we reserve the right to not honor any published prices that we determine were erroneous due to printing, electronic or clerical error.
4. Deposit and Final Payment
For confirmation of individual reservations, a deposit of 20% of gross fare per person is due within three (3) days of your initial reservation. The balance of the voyage fare is due sixty (60) days before departure, and all reservations not fully paid at such time will be canceled and subject to the cancellation provisions set forth in the cancellation policy below. Carrier accepts the following forms of payment: via credit card (MasterCard or Visa only) or bank transfers. Reservations made sixty (60) days or less before the departure date will require payment in full at the time of booking.
5. Cancellation & Change Policy
Guests who must cancel or change their voyage or any part of their vacation package for any reason, including medical or family reasons, are subject to the fees as outlined below. All fares are based on double occupancy; on reservations in which one guest cancels, the remaining guest is responsible for paying any and all single supplements. Carrier reserves the right to cancel all reservations for which final payment is not received sixty (60) days prior to the sail date.

Carrier is not obligated to refund any portion of the fare or other payments for guests who must leave the voyage prematurely for medical or other reasons.
6. Included in your fare
- Three (3) nights pre-cruise hotel stay in Moscow (or St. Petersburg) with transfer to the vessel
- Three (3) nights post-cruise hotel stay in St. Petersburg (or Moscow) with transfer from the vessel
- Transfer to and from the airport
- Bottled water and soft drinks
- Select house wine and beer at lunch and dinner
- All meals onboard the vessel
- All included shore excursions

7. Not included in your fare
- Airfare to and from your home city
- Personal medical insurance
- Medical treatment
- Laundry
- Minibar
- Beverages onboard the vessel, other than wine and soft drinks during lunch and dinner
- All drinks in the bars onboard the vessel
- Telephone calls
- Wi-Fi/Internet onboard the vessel
Optional premium shore excursions - Discretionary gratuities to vessel crew and tour operators
- Other items not specifically mentioned as inclusions above.
8. Hotel Stays & Cancellations
Three included hotel nights in Moscow and three included hotel nights in St. Petersburg are provided as part of the voyage fare on all Moscow to St. Petersburg and St. Petersburg to Moscow voyages, except Cruise Only program. Additional pre- / post-voyage hotel nights may be purchased for an additional charge. Guests are required to present a credit card upon hotel check-in to cover their incidental charges.
Guests who must cancel their purchased hotel nights and/or city stay packages, for any reason whatsoever, are subject to the fees as outlined below.

9. Documentation
Final travel documents, including itinerary and vouchers (if applicable) will be sent approximately four (4) weeks prior to departure. Reservation must be paid in full and guest identification information must be received before documents will be sent.
10. Health & Disability Requirements
Guests must notify us in writing at the time of booking of any physical or mental illness, disability or other conditions for which special accommodations or the use of a wheelchair is necessary or contemplated. Also, we must be notified of any medical treatment that may render the guest unfit for travel or constitute a risk or danger to the guest or anyone else on board. The vessels always carry a medical doctor aboard. Acute medical conditions will require you to disembark to be attended to by shoreside emergency and/or medical response. Guests needing any form of assistance and those who are physically disabled must be accompanied by someone who will take full responsibility for any needed assistance during the cruise and in the event of an emergency. We reserve the right to refuse passage to anyone who, in our sole opinion, may affect the health, safety or enjoyment of other guests. Guests requiring a wheelchair must provide their own collapsible wheelchair. Please be aware that some ports of call, shore excursions, docks, gangways and other requirements may preclude a wheelchair guest from leaving the vessel; this decision will be made by the ship’s captain and is binding. Also, there may be certain physical conditions, including raised doorway thresholds from 2 to 16 inches, stairways and narrow passageways within the vessel that may limit or preclude the accessibility of wheelchair guests to some areas. We recommend you purchase travel protection, either the plan we offer or a plan from your Travel Agent. With travel protection you can relax and enjoy your trip with peace of mind.
11. Smoking
Smoking is permitted only in designated outside areas aboard the MS Volga Dream. All interiors of the vessels including all cabins, staterooms, dining rooms and lounges are strictly non-smoking.
12. Passports & Visas
It is the responsibility of all passengers to ensure they have a passport that will remain valid for at least 6 months after the planned date of leaving Russia. Passport holders from most countries do require a visa to enter Russia. Please ask your travel consultant for up-to-date information. Visa costs are not included in the cruise price. To avoid delays in your Russian visa being granted, passport details should be provided when booking in order that appropriate supporting documents may be issued and sent to you in good time.
13. Insurance
It is strongly recommended that appropriate travel insurance is purchased at the time of booking to ensure adequate coverage in the event of an unavoidable cancellation.
14. Itinerary / Sightseeing changes
The itineraries and destinations mentioned are not under Carrier’s control; consequently any arrangements may be subject to change, adjustment or cancellation as a result of water levels, severe weather conditions and other circumstances beyond the company’s control. Carrier reserves the right to change, alter or amend itineraries when deemed necessary for safety, security or other reasons.
15. Force majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond the company’s control, neither the Carrier, nor its managers or agents will be liable for delay or disruption to the programs described in this brochure when caused by labor action or shortages, explosion, fire, collision, breakdown or damage to the vessel, civil disturbance, riot, insurrection, war, government restraint, requisition of the vessel, political disturbance, terrorism, Acts of God, or any other events of occurrences beyond their control.
16. Gambling
Gambling is not available or permitted on the MS Volga Dream.
17. Animals
No animals are permitted onboard.
18. Drones
Guests are permitted to bring drones aboard the vessel, however, they may be operated only on shore and outside of the port area. Operation of drones onboard the vessel is strictly prohibited, and any onboard use may result in confiscation of the drone until the conclusion of the voyage or disembarkation of the Guest (at the Guest’s expense). While on board, drones must be stored safely within the stateroom.
Guests assume full responsibility for understanding and complying with local regulations related to drone usage, including obtaining any necessary permits or permissions. All liability related to or arising from drone operation whatsoever is the Guest’s responsibility.
19. Sales Agent for on-line sales
SK Volga Dream acting as a non-exclusive sales agent for World Wide Cruises Inc. is solely responsible for marketing of its products, subsequent communication with Guests, distribution of travel documents and collection of payment. Responsibility for operation of program lies with exclusively with the Carrier.
